Primaris REIT is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team at Place du Royaume, Chicoutimi, QC. As a Maintenance Attendant, your main responsibility is to perform the daily maintenance and customer service tasks necessary to keep the property safe and presentable for clients, staff, and tenants:

Remuneration:
At Primaris, we believe it's important to recognize talent by offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive total rewards package . Your compensation is thoughtfully determined, taking into account factors such as location, job level, relevant training or education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities , while ensuring internal equity and alignment with market data.
Expected hourly rate range: $19 to $23 CAD.
