Your Role & Impact:

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementation and promotion of continuous improvement: Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives while acting as a change agent to integrate best operational practices.
  • Team coaching and training: Train and coach teams on methodologies such as DMAIC and DMS, and coordinate working groups (Kaizen, G.I).
  • Project management and operational follow-up: Lead or support all phases of projects, drive their execution, and ensure alignment with operational objectives.
  • Performance monitoring: Develop and track performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to evaluate progress.
  • Organization and audits: Prepare and lead meetings (reviews, brainstorming sessions) and participate in internal and inter-site audits to ensure compliance with continuous improvement standards.

We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications for the Continuous Improvement Coordinator position:


Education:
Degree in a relevant field and/or experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.
Experience: Significant experience in a manufacturing environment (3 to 5 years).
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and innovative abilities, with a high level of motivation to act as a change agent.
