Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. You’ll play a critical role in protecting the environment and supporting responsible mining by collecting, monitoring, and reporting environmental data that ensures compliance with regulatory standards and company commitments. Your work directly supports safe operations, environmental stewardship, and informed decision‑making on site.
- Conduct groundwater and surface water sampling in line with internal and external standards
- Prepare, manage, and ship samples while coordinating with external laboratories
- Maintain and upload accurate environmental data in systems such as Monitor Pro and SharePoint
- Assist with preliminary data assessment and environmental reporting
- Support environmental investigations, sampling events, and clean‑up activities
- Champion safe work practices and contribute to a strong safety‑first culture
- Diploma or degree in Environmental Science or a related field (preferred)
- 2-4 years of environmental field experience, ideally in mining or industrial settings
- Hands‑on experience with groundwater and surface water sampling
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office; environmental databases are an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in remote or extreme weather conditions
- Clear communicator who works well in a team-focused environment
- Remote camp setting with private accommodations
- Onsite meals, gym, recreation, and entertainment facilities
- Travel allowance and transportation arrangements provided
- Rotational schedule: 13 days on / 13 days off
- Drug & alcohol-free workplace (pre-employment testing required)

The expected salary range for this role is CA$72,700.00 - 90,900.00 per year . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
