Senior Manager, Data Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager specializing in data integration to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all data integration initiatives with expertise in Ceridian Dayforce and a strong knowledge of payroll systems. Your expertise will support Magna IT in achieving efficient and accurate data integration processes, ensuring the smooth flow of information across various systems.

• Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution
• Develop and implement data integration strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop integrated solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and resolve data integration issues, troubleshoot system errors, and optimize performance.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in data integration technologies and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data integration processes and system capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role in data integration, preferably in a large organization.
• Expertise in Ceridian Dayforce systems and modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and data integration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and related processes.
• Proficient in data integration tools and technologies such as ETL, API AND SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data integration platforms or solutions.

• Experience working in a decentralized environment preferred
