Akeneo Expert/Consultant (with Shopify experience)

MageMontreal is a premier e-commerce consulting firm committed to crafting tailored solutions for our global clients. We’re currently seeking a Senior Shopify Consultant with experience in Akeneo PIM to support a short-term, client-facing engagement. This is a high-visibility project and may involve participating in a pre-sale/discovery call with our client to provide expert insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on the Akeneo & Shopify, including architecture, setup, integrations, and app ecosystem
- Support the internal team in preparing for a client-facing call
- Participate in a pre-sale or discovery call with the client, offering strategic recommendations
- Deliver technical insight and help evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with Shopify (including custom builds, Liquid, APIs)
- Strong experience with Akeneo PIM
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English fluent or native)
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, especially in pre-sale/discovery phases
- Ability to work in EST timezone
- Based in Canada or the USA preferred
