FONCTION GÉNÉRALE

En tant qu’associé de vente, vous êtes le lien le plus important pour vous assurer que nos clients vivent une expérience enrichissante qui rehausse leur performance sportive. L’associé de vente démontre d’excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, atteint les objectifs de vente horaires et de service à la clientèle, fournit une connaissance des produits aux clients et travaille en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs individuels et du magasin.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

• Atteint constamment le plan de vente et les objectifs de l’entreprise en cultivant les relations avec les clients existants et en en créant de nouvelles.
• Offre une expérience client inégalée et mémorable en établissant un lien, en portant attention aux détails et en offrant des solutions qui se traduisent par la satisfaction du client.
• Participe activement et contribue à un environnement de magasin positif, favorisant des relations professionnelles solides avec les pairs, la direction, les opticiens et le personnel de soutien.
• Est fier de l’apparence du magasin et prend l’initiative de garder les présentoirs et les stocks propres, attrayants et organisés. Sécurise tous les actifs de l’entreprise sous son contrôle.
• Aide à favoriser une culture inclusive en traitant les clients et les collègues avec respect.

QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou formation générale
• Au moins un an d’expérience en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle
• Connaissance du système de point de vente, des ordinateurs et des calculatrices ainsi que des compétences de base en téléphonie et en mathématiques
• Adoption des nouvelles technologies et du changement avec un haut niveau de précision
• Capacité de vendre en utilisant les compétences de vente et la responsabilité des résultats de vente, avec un désir d’atteindre les objectifs
• Solides aptitudes pour la communication (orale et écrite)
• Motivation personnelle et capacité avérée de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois; capacité de réagir de façon flexible dans un environnement en évolution rapide

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
