Temporary Family School Liaison Counsellor
W.A. Day & Granum Schools
The Livingstone Range School Division invites applications for a full-time Family School Liaison Counsellor Position at W.A. Day School located in Fort Macleod, Alberta and Granum School located in Granum, AB.
The successful candidate will commit to the Division's vision of Every Student, Every Day through inclusive, collaborative, and relationship-focused activities. This position will commence on January 5, 2026 and end on January 31, 2027.
Qualifications:
- a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline
- training and experience in counselling services for children and youth
- experience and training in providing crisis response activities
- experience working with families and community agencies
- excellent communication skills
- an understanding of educational systems
- membership with the Alberta College of Social Workers or College of Alberta Psychologists is considered an asset
