Status: Temporary Full Time with the opportunity to move into permanent role.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidate will be supporting 4 supervisors and manger and will be expected to travel to all locations within manager profile. Candidate will also be expected to work in the PSC should the operation require it and must have own vehicle as traveling is required.

Reports to: Manager, Client Services

 

Purpose of the Role

 

The Client Services Coordinator provides administrative support to a Client Services leadership team, specifically to the Supervisors, to ensure the Patient Service Centers run efficiently. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepares Operations review audits (PWT playbook/RCIP/customer service).
  • Conducts Ops Reviews and supports related processes.
  • Conducts routine NCE investigations and follow-up.
  • Reviews and signs off on Quality checklists/logs
  • Prepares competency assessments and accuracy audits, documents employee direct observations.
  • Conducts general audits for first aid, EHS, quality, others as required.
  • Conducts weekly simple NCE investigations; escalates more complex cases to local supervisor.
  • Prepares for annual internal quality assessments (DAP/ IQMH)
  • Ensures Quality Maintenance review and sign-off.
  • Creates employee training files.
  • Prepares new hire documentation, as needed.
  • Prepares controlled documents for audits.
  • Prepares minor work orders, Hamster orders and monitors Kanban materials.
  • Maintain annual Building Inspections records
  • Attends weekly Tier-2 meetings.
  • Provides appropriate onboarding for new hires and compliance training; ensures compliance and sign-off of SOP’s.
  • Revises SOP’s training (new processes and procedures) as required.
  • Assigns Medialab/ MY DEV and maintains records
  • Maintain training matrix
  • Coordinates EHS audits, FIT testing, and TDG.
  • Performs other related duties.

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-year previous recent related experience, preferably working in a medical laboratory position
  • Computer/data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to relate positively to customers.
  • Highly organized.
