Are you a self-starter with a passion for discovering new business opportunities and breaking into untapped markets? We’re seeking a Junior Sales Professional to support our growth by identifying new customers, opening new markets, and contributing to the expansion of our technical product offerings. The role of Junior Sales Professional reports to the Sales Manager. Liburdi Turbine Services offers competitive wages The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Use a variety of tools and strategies— LinkedIn, industry databases, trade shows, referrals, and other prospecting tools to identify and qualify new leads.
  • Provide inside sales support, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating spare parts orders.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, finance) to develop customized solutions for client needs.
  • Create and deliver professional, compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities, forecast progress, and key performance metrics for senior management.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset

Key Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
