Project Coordinator - Municipal (18-Month Contract)

Description

You are a Project Coordinator who supports our business ensuring customer and business commitments are met. This includes supporting municipal relations, coordinating permit and agreement reviews, and handling general public inquiries. This individual will work closely with the municipal relations lead, director and other stakeholders.

This is an 18-month temporary fixed term position.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Interface with construction primes to ensure engagement with municipalities
• Coordinate municipality updates being provided on a regular basis and ensure any specific municipality communication requirements are met
• Respond to general inquiries received via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate municipal access fees, make ready and letters of credit
• Maintain underlying rights logs
• Develop relationships with various external stakeholders
• Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions to ensure project specific quality management information is readily available

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and service compliant resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling manner
• Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverables
• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
• The ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with high proficiency in Excel
• Ability to interact well with a diverse group of internal and external individuals
• High standard of performance, ability to deal with ambiguity and complexities

Working Conditions:

• Office based position
• Temporary fixed term position

Compensation

$48, 000 - $66, 000 Annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
