You are an energetic and experienced Equipment Advisor responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of maintenance contracts for LTS Build Services LTD. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance data, assisting with scheduling, facilitating equipment repairs, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. You leverage your strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple priorities, and your proactive approach to problem-solving to support this business group.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supports the execution of preventative maintenance programs, ensuring timely servicing and repairs to minimize equipment downtime
  • Identify inefficiencies in maintenance workflows and collaborate with internal teams to support with recommending process improvements
  • Act as the point of contact for service requests, coordinating with field teams and vendors to schedule maintenance
  • Track equipment performance data, escalating concerns related to recurring issues or potential failures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment servicing, defect tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, gaps, and support opportunities for process improvement
  • Generate reports for internal stakeholders, providing operational insights based on equipment performance metrics
  • Ensure data integrity within ERP and asset management systems, working with teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure maintenance activities align with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of the National Safety Code and Provincial Regulatory Requirements
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, data management and telematics
  • Strong technical skills including experience with MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Conditions:

  • This is a an office based position where you are expected to be site 5 days per week

Compensation

$62,000.00 - $85,250.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
