Ledcor are hiring a dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of IS services and projects for a key internal customer group. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning & Delivery Management, you'll drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, from intake to execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management expertise and lead the effective delivery of multiple mediums to high-complexity projects across a customer group’s portfolio

  • Interpret issues and guide teams toward actionable, strategic solutions.

  • Act as the key liaison with customer groups, providing updates on project status, timelines, and resource utilization

  • Present evaluations of new work requests-including high-level timelines and resource planning-to leadership

  • Oversee the daily activities of Business Analysts and Project Analysts within the assigned portfolio

  • Conduct project intake meetings, determine responsibilities, and collaborate with service delivery and business unit leaders to develop effective execution strategies

  • Prioritize programs and projects based on evolving business needs, resource constraints, risk exposure, and interdependencies

  • Monitor project performance through key value metrics to support informed decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with service data reporting standards, keeping all relevant project documentation and metrics current and accurate

  • Mentor and guide other project managers, fostering accountability and delivery excellence

  • Lead stakeholder communications in alignment with ADKAR change management principles

  • Manage contract approvals, vendor coordination, and compliance to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project, program, portfolio management and leading project teams, including other project managers

  • Experience managing projects, including vendor-led initiatives for mid to large-size enterprises

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflict, and navigate ambiguity

  • Solid understanding of enterprise applications, development practices, system integration and technical infrastructure

  • Familiarity with risk management practices and service standards along with working in IS as a shared service provider across multiple business units

  • PMP, ScrumMaster, or SAFe certification is a desirable asset along with knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices

  • Experience delivering projects using both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability, able to manage concurrent project streams

  • Proven experience with service management, including incident, request, and demand handling
