Our
People & Change Advisory practice are seeking are seeking a Senior Manager to strengthen our Management Consulting practice in the Calgary office. We are looking for a motivated professional like you to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in change management or with transformational projects, this may be the opportunity for you!


What you will do

As a Senior Manager in our People & Change practice, you will have overall responsibility to plan and manage client engagements, lead the day-to-day operation and execution of services and contribute to business development activities by: 

  • Leading teams and work with a variety of clients to delivery organizational change management programs. Collaborate with senior executives to define the change vision, guiding enterprise-wide cultural and technology transformations, and ensuring consistent change execution.
  • Motivating your team and creating a culture of inclusion. Providing day-to-day guidance and actionable coaching to your team. You will manage, mentor and train junior team members, as well as provide support to other service lines within Management Consulting.
  • Maintaining responsibility for overall engagement planning and delivery as well as managing engagement economics using available reports and data.
  • Managing the delivery of multiple and/or large scale client projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work which meets the client requirements and expectations.
  • Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the development and submission of proposals and bid documents. Leading pursuits aligned to client issues.
  • Support in managing business operations such as resource allocation, team planning, succession planning, and practice strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Prairies market to drive business growth. Understand the client’s industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
  • Being known as a trusted advisor and as a champion within your sector/service.

What you bring to the role

 

  • Experienced leader in organizational change management, culture change, learning design and/or talent management
  • Proven success in project management, delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and to specifications, with expertise in stakeholder and risk management. Experience with managing multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a focus on relationship management and business development.
  •  Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messages and tone for diverse audiences.Broad business management experience in consulting or corporate environments.
  • Preferred accreditations in project/change management (PROSCI, PMP, MSP) are considered an asset.
  • The desire to seek opportunities to maximize efficiency through the use of Generative AI tools
  • The will and ability to travel (locally, nationally, or internationally) to support client delivery
