What you will do:

Under general direction of the Regional Resource Manager, manages the Schedule & Dispatch process for assigned markets. Through direct supervision of Customer Resource Coordinators, ensures customer requests for service are received and scheduled timely, and that schedules allow for timely completion of preventative maintenance and adherence to standard processes and local forecasts. Oversees performance of scheduling and billing. Owns relationship between centralized support teams and managers in the field (TBSM, BSM, etc.), acting as an issue point for centralized operations, and is accountable for achieving monthly secured and performed revenue forecasts.

How you will do it:

Manages customer operation related activities, ensuring accurate, prompt, and efficient order management processes throughout the order life cycle. Leading the team to review sales contract, assess vendor, manage logistics and inventory, assist in determining special price concessions. Provides sales analysis and report to management.

What we look for:

Required

· Technical school training or equivalent experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.

· Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment.

· Strong ability to prioritize work activities for the team, scheduling, and lead a diverse team.

· Strong interpersonal, customer service, negotiating skills.

· Demonstrated competence in writing and verbal communication skills.

· Basic financial accounting experience.

· Demonstrated proficiency in MS office products and basic Windows environment.

Preferred

· Two years prior experience in the HVAC or building controls industry.

· Five plus years in a service management role directing a similar service deliverable team
