Ensuring all building and process equipment is maintained and operating efficiently. How you will do it Regular rounds and inspections of building and process equipment, Preventative MaintenanceMonitor BMS, make adjustments on BMS or at equipment as neededRespond to alarms of building and process equipmentEnsure sub-contractors are following policiesCall out, schedule and Coordinated sub-contractors for various workRoutine filter changesMonitor tank levels and tank integrity for leaksCoordinate regular inspectionsCoordinate monthly reportsSnow removal for safe travel of the occupantsMonitoring and order pick up of wasteCoordinate, schedule and supervise major repairs, overhauls, Life Cycle projects and Ad Hoc jobsStand by Call out as per schedule, Respond as requiredRespond to demand request events and respond on time and rectify in a timely mannerTool and Spare parts inventory managementEnsure clean working area and facilityCalibration of meters and detectors as requiredWhat we look forRequired Building Operators Ticket, Trade certification or equivalent experienceFour to seven years of relevant experienceMobile machinery experience an asset (Skid Steer, work platforms, etc.)Jack of all trades, trouble shoot and fix equipment as requiredRegular routs, inspections and reportsTool and Spare parts inventoryEnsure a safe work environmentCompressed Natural Gas experience an assetJohnson Controls’ Canadian subsidiaries are committed to providing reasonable accommodation to applicants, candidates and employees with disabilities, in accordance with applicable human rights legislation, and in Ontario, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (“AODA”).
