Compétences recherchées

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)

  • No prior experience required, but experience in customer service or retail is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client inquiries with patience and care

  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, and CRM usage)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required

  • Bilingual (French/English) is considered a strong asset

Commissions

 Comes with a commission-based structure along with a performance bonus, offering great earning potential. There is also an opportunity to grow and advance into management for those who show strong performance and leadership qualities.
