Join our innovative Home Health Transformation team in Williams Lake, BC, where you’ll provide coordinated, accessible care to help clients live independently and confidently in their own homes.

As a Physiotherapist on this team, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, delivering personalized care that enhances mobility, function, and quality of life-right where clients feel most comfortable.
Your Impact
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy programs that boost functional independence and promote health at home.
• Provide expert advice on equipment needs and prescribe assistive devices to support client safety and mobility.
• Educate clients and caregivers on self-management strategies and injury prevention.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, leveraging digital tools to enhance communication and continuity of care.
Work-Life Balance & Schedule
Enjoy a balanced workweek with a consistent schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) with every second Friday 8:00 AM to noon. A valid driver’s license is required as you will travel to clients’ homes using your personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) or an assigned fleet vehicle.
