Physiotherapist | Continuum of Care

Position Summary
At 100 Mile House Hospital, we’re seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team and provide comprehensive care across the continuum - from inpatient rehabilitation to long-term care and community outreach.

About the position
• Work closely with a diverse client base including patients recovering from acute respiratory issues, chronic diseases, joint replacements, and complex medical conditions.
• Provide hands-on care in inpatient units, convalescent short stays, and long-term care at Fisher Place.
• Collaborate directly with physicians and interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Support patients and families through every step of their health journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life.
• Participate in community outreach to facilitate smooth transitions and discharges.

Schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualfications
Full registration as a Physical Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). Valid Driver’s license required.
