Position Summary
We are hiring for a relief full-time Physiotherapist at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. This position is expected to run until the return of the current incumbent.

Days of Work: Monday to Friday with one in six weekends worked. Friday prior and Monday following worked weekend off.
Shift times: 08:00 - 16:00

About the position:
The Physiotherapist functions both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services. These include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program development, consultation, equipment prescription, and education for clients and/or their caregivers to support functional independence and optimize health outcomes.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Physiotherapist contributes to departmental and professional goals by participating in quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and educational activities. They also provide guidance and direction to the rehabilitation assistant working within the team.

The Vernon area is a haven for the outdoor enthusiast with ready access to mountains, lakes, rivers and provincial parks. Qualfications
Full registration as a Physical Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). Valid BC Driver’s license where required.
