Position Summary
The Radiology Team at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (Trail, BC) has an opportunity for a Relief Part Time (0.81 FTE) Medical Radiation Technologist (X-Ray) to join their team!

This position will work rotating Days and Evenings with the hours being 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 15:30 to 23:30. There is call associated with this position. There is an option to work in more than one Interior Health site within surrounding communities including Castlegar, Grand Forks, Nakusp, Nelson and New Denver. There is also the option to train in other modalities (Mammography, CT and MRI).

What Will You Work On?
Medical Imaging staff at KBRH work with a broad demographic of patients in both inpatient (ER, OR, ICU) and outpatient (cast clinic) settings by providing imaging for Trauma (ER), OR procedures, Fluoroscopy, and General XRAY procedures.

Effective April 01, 2024, the hourly wage will be $36.69 to $45.81 per hour.

Qualfications
• Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.

• Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
