Your Role:
The Adult Day Service Worker | Bus Driver supports clients within a client-centred care model. This role assists an assigned group of clients with established programs and activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful engagement.

The position participates in activation, life skills, recreational, and social activities, adapting programs to meet individual needs. Responsibilities include setting up program spaces, accompanying clients to activities and outings, monitoring participation, and reporting concerns to the supervisor. Assistance with activities of daily living such as feeding, transfers, toileting, grooming, and dressing is provided as required. The role also ensures safe and reliable transportation to and from the program and community outings.

Qualfications
• Grade 12
• Completion of an Activity Assistant Program, and one-year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Food Safe certificate
• Current valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License
