A top employer in Western Canada’s mechanical services sector is seeking a Service Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity based in Port Coquitlam, BC, ideal for a driven sales professional passionate about building client relationships and growing a high-impact service portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new service contracts by targeting commercial, industrial, and institutional clients
  • Proactively develop relationships with property managers and strata organizations
  • Prepare and deliver competitive maintenance agreement proposals tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and follow through to close
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback on opportunities, risks, and competitor activity
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings, spending 2-3 days per week in the field
  • Maintain accurate records of forecasts, budgets, and in-progress sales activity


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably within the mechanical services industry
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline
  • Self-motivated with strong relationship-building and territory development skills
  • Comfortable conducting site visits (including walking long distances and climbing ladders)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Jonas software is a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
