Senior Commercial Account Manager

A new and growing insurance brokerage is looking for a Senior Commercial Account Manager to join their early-stage team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a $4M national construction account, work closely with senior leadership, and help build the brokerage as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a large national construction account
• Handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, certificates, bid bonds, and tenders
• Support complex commercial and layered insurance programs
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and underwriters
• Manage policies, endorsements, and documentation
• Help develop internal processes and best practices

Requirements

• RIBO licence
• 7+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong Commercial Account Management background
• Construction insurance experience
• Experience managing large or complex accounts
• Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently in a growing environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $80K-$130K+ base salary
