ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be working as a Residential Property Manager, reporting to the Managing Broker. As a property manager within this company you will be managing a Residential portfolio. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the operations and ensure that the buildings are operated in compliance to all applicable regulatory requirements
• Leadership of the Property Management team
• Collaborate with broader company organization to ensure efficient operation of both residential and commercial portfolios
• Assisting Managing Broker on forecasting and producing budgets, financial and operations reports
• Implementing marketing strategies to optimize vacancy levels and NOI
• Providing cost effective strategies to maximize value in all areas of your portfolio
• Manage the process improvement and quality control of property management functions to maximize productivity and ensure quality service is delivered
• Ensuring Move in and move out inspections are done as required
• Work with team to manage building & suite improvements

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience as a Residential Property Manager
• Has obtained rental license
• Has overseen Building Managers
• Someone who has experience using softwares and computer systems
• Experience with Yardi or SAGE 300 is a huge asset

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $65,000-$85,000 +/- based on experience
• 3 weeks vacation
• Extended medical and dental benefits
• Profit Sharing split plan
• RRSP matching
