Residential Leasing Associate

**HIRING: RESIDENTIAL LEASING ASSOCIATE**

Our client are a Real Estate Development firm with some of the most exciting real estate developments in Vancouver! They pride themselves on their collaborative and rewarding work culture, and are currently looking to add a Residential Leasing Associate to their team!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for someone who has experience in pre-leasing and leasing brand new rented towers! If you have sales experience, and have been involved in leasing rental units in Downtown Vancouver, then you should apply to this role!

The position will report to the Senior Leasing Associate and your main job duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Marketing rental units.
• Showing vacant units to prospective tenants, acting as an onsite representative.
• Responding to tenant inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, including registration, application, showings, and lease execution.
• Regularly check in on tenants to ensure ongoing success.
• Developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing tenants.
• Ensure all administrative procedures are followed.
• Host open houses and private appointments when needed.
• Provide excellent client services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years' of experience in residential leasing or pre-leasing
• Rental or Real Estate License
• Experience leasing brand new rental units
• Owns a vehicle and willing to travel to different sites
• Willing to work weekends

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $80,000-$100,000 per annum ($50,000-$60,000/year base salary with an amazing commission structure of $95-$105/unit leased)
• 3 weeks' vacation
• Extended health, vision and dental benefits, 100% employer paid
