Residential Leasing Associate (Temp)

Compensation

• $50,000 - $65,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental inquiries by phone, email and online listings
• Book and conduct unit showings
• Process rental applications, screening and lease paperwork
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the property management team
• Keep our leasing tracking and property management software up to date

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management or customer service experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
