WHAT YOU'LL DO

Please note, the following job description is intended as a summary of many of the common duties of the role but is not all-inclusive of the responsibilities of a Recruitment Administrator. As a professional in a service related business your priorities, duties and general focus may change from time-to-time. It is expected that you will perform the duties listed below to the best of your abilities and maintain constant adaptability throughout the course of your employment in order to meet over-arching business needs.

Recruitment and Customer Experience

•Greeting and registering inbound candidates

•Providing light technical support for the AmbiMi platform

•Administering skill testing

•Answering support line

•Data mining and database administration

•Drafting and managing job postings

•Sourcing and screening candidates

•Drafting candidate profile presentations

•Conducting reference checks, background checks, and education verifications

•Conducting interviews

•Coordinating meetings

•Dispatching Pros to jobs via the AmbiMi platform

•Escalating support matters to management

Business Development

•Lead generation for business development purposes

•Outbound calls to prospective clients

•Attending company events and/or coordinating and attending recruitment job fairs

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

Impact Recruitment highly values teamwork and accountability. You are eloquent with your words, enjoy public speaking and have a strong business sense. Honesty is a crucial trait that we look for when we are hiring a new team member and that translates to the relationships that we have with our clients. Other requirements include:

  • Completion of a Bachelors Degree or Post-Secondary education from an accredited University
  • Ability to work on-site in an office on a full time basis (8:30 - 5 pm, Monday-Friday)
  • Professional business writing skills and communication skills
  • Demonstrable business knowledge
  • Passion for success
  • Ability to drive results
