Personal Lines Service Broker

Compensation

• Competitive base salary between $50,000 to $55,000 (based on your experience) plus commission on new business

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal lines insurance portfolio, including renewals and client requests
• Handle inbound client calls and provide tailored solutions
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal support teams
• Assist in growing the personal lines book through excellent customer service and client engagement

Qualifications

• Level 1 personal lines insurance experience
• Fluency in Punjabi or Hindi preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently
