The company we represent is a regional insurance provider operating directly with multiple offices and a significant footprint in Alberta. Committed to delivering inventive and tailored insurance options to the local community, they are in search of a Personal Lines Regional Manager to become part of their team and oversee operations across three offices.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Successful candidate stepping into the shoes of the Personal Lines Regional Manager gets to be part of the amazing team! You'll have the responsibility of looking out for and coaching a fantastic group of insurance advisors across three branches in Northern Alberta. As a leader and mentor, you'll be the friendly face setting the bar for excellent customer service and taking care of our existing Personal Lines business, while managing day to day operations. It's a role filled with excitement and positive vibes!

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Handle the daily operations and supervise the activities of insurance advisors and assistants.
  • Take charge of coaching, training, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and impact underwriting risk appetite.
  • Travel to each location as required.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 2 Alberta insurance license
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in leadership, such as supervisor, team lead, branch manager, etc.
  • You have a strong knowledge of personal insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
  • Monthly travelling with exception to winter season

COMPENSATION

  • Flexible base salary between $80,000 - 90,000 depending on relevant experience + annual bonus
