Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage in Vaughan and is looking to add an experienced Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to their growing team.

This is a service-focused opportunity for a Personal Lines professional who enjoys managing an established book of business, building long-term client relationships, and providing knowledgeable insurance advice.

The role offers a dedicated book of clients, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team environment, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service without the pressure of building a book from scratch.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and service an established Personal Lines book of business
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on Home, Auto, and Personal Lines insurance
  • Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other servicing requests
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Review client needs and identify appropriate coverage opportunities
  • Prepare and process policy documentation and other client transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Work closely with the TSR team to ensure efficient administrative support
  • Use EPIC, insurer portals, Applied Rating Services, and Microsoft Office
  • Ensure policies and documentation are accurate and compliant
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
  • Active RIBO or OTL license
  • Experience managing and servicing a Personal Lines book of business
  • Strong knowledge of Home and Auto insurance
  • Excellent client relationship and customer service skills
  • Experience with EPIC and insurance company portals is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • CAIB, CIP, CPIB, or equivalent designation is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000-$76,000+ base salary, depending on experience

  • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office / 2 days remote after probation period
