Join a Dynamic Insurance Team as a Personal Lines CSR

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in the insurance industry? Our client, a reputable agency with a dedicated team of professionals, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines CSR to join their in-office team and make a real difference for clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for building strong client relationships, this is your chance to shine and grow your career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and service a diverse book of personal insurance clients with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, claims, billing inquiries, quoting, and portal entries efficiently
  • Collaborate with multiple producers and house accounts in an alpha-split setting to ensure client accounts are actioned in a timely manner
  • Stay organized and proactive, demonstrating your independence and expertise

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance service and support
  • Valid RIBO license and comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • EPIC experience is a huge plus!
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to navigate insurance portals, handle claims, and process endorsements accurately

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience
  • Health & Dental Benefits coverage
