Description
Are you a seasoned personal lines insurance professional passionate about local community? Are you looking to grow your career at a well-established brokerage with supportive culture? If this sounds like you, keep on reading! This is a hybrid sales and service role, you will be servicing and growing a personal lines book (home and auto), with most new business driven through referrals while all invoicing and certificates are handled by the support department.
About The Position:
- Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)
- Handle sales and service inquiries from a primarily referral-based clientele
- Achieve annual and monthly growth targets based on the size of your book
- Maintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independence
Responsibilities
- Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
- Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
- Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
- Proven ability to grow a book and meet revenue or policy targets
- Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus new business commission
