Our client is a thriving mid-sized brokerage that has achieved a significant milestone in its journey. As they embark on their expansion into the industry, they are seeking a new Personal Lines Broker of a growing team.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Personal Lines Broker, your main responsibility will be servicing Personal Lines book of business and providing exceptional customer experience. ABOUT THE POSITION

• Managing and servicing book of business, renewals, endorsements, quotes, new business, certification, etc.
• Advising customers on personal lines policies, ensuring they have the best coverage for their insurance needs
• Following up on customer questions and quotes
• Closing deals with a customer-first attitude
• Working closely with multiple insurance providers

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 1 license is a must, Level 2 preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Lines, home and auto policies
• Experience in BMS software such as EPIC

COMPENSATION

• $48,000-$58,000 base salary + quarterly performance bonus
• Paid vacation, extended year end holidays, summer hours
