Compensation

• $55,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop personal insurance accounts, including auto and home insurance clients
• Handle customer service inquiries, policy renewals, claims, and some new business development
• Utilize broker portals to provide full-cycle service, ensuring a smooth and personalized client experience
• Build lasting relationships that foster client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must have a RIBO License
• Minimum 2 years’ brokerage experience in personal lines insurance
• Proficiency with insurance company portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on long-term commitment
