ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a new joiner, you will play a key part in the Personal Lines team providing full service to your assigned Personal Lines portfolio.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Providing world-class customer service to Personal Lines clients
• Answering questions, advising customers on coverages
• Handling policy changes
• Reviewing new applications, renewals and endorsements
• Investigating cancellation cases

THE REQUIREMENTS

• RIBO license is a must
• 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Punjabi OR Greek language skills are considered an asset

COMPENSATION

• $50,000 - $65,000 base salary + bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Hybrid working structure (2 days a week remote)
