Description
We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned insurance brokerage based in Vancouver that has proudly served the community for over 50 years. With a strong local presence and more than 10 offices across the Lower Mainland, they are recognized as one of British Columbia’s leading independent brokerages.
The brokerage provides both Personal and Commercial Lines coverage to a loyal local client base. They are currently seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage VIP clients and oversee their renewals. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Surrey, BC.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal lines High Net Worth client portfolio, including auto, home, renters, and other individual insurance policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their coverage needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Process policy applications, modifications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to enhance client coverage.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience as a Personal Line Account Manager
- Level 2 license
- Proficiency with Broker Management System
