The Operations Assistant is a two-part role - customer service and warehouse. You’ll work closely with community partners and help with order fulfillment. The Operations Assistant must have excellent communication, a dedication to providing excellent customer service and able to manage stocking and order picking. A background in retail, or hospitality and a willingness to learn the warehousing is desired. They are willing to train, and 1+ year of prior experience is required. This role is based in Vancouver and the hours are 7am - 3pm.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Order picking and fulfillment.
Inventory stocking.
Communicating with community partners.
Customer service.
Tracking client requests and changes to orders.

THE REQUIREMENTS

1+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse or distribution.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
The role requires the ability to pass a criminal background check.

COMPENSATION
Annual salary $50,068. Excellent top tier benefits; competitive vacation, and sick days. RSP matching, wellness fund and education support.
