Learning & Development Associate

• Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 1 in B.C. (must obtain Level 2 within 6 months of employment)
  • Proven track record in educating and coaching a team on product/coverage knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compensation:
  • Dependent on licensing level (starting $50,000)
  • Commission and Bonus incentives
• Role Overview:
  • Training
  • Utilize our program to coach and educate new and existing staff
  • Delivery of Training
  • Conduct engaging training sessions in-person on product specifics, policy features, coverage nuances, product eligibility, sales strategies
  • Updates and Enhancements
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in policies, regulations, or new product introductions, ensuring t host current information is delivered
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Assess effectiveness your coaching and training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate education and effective coaching
  • Support and Guidance
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents, addressing queries, and serving as a subject matter expert
