ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

ABOUT THE POSITION
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling sales and purchase transactions
• Handling refinancing transactions
• Keeping track of important transaction dates and ensuring deadlines are met
• Performing title searches
• Drafting agreements
• Gathering documents for trust transactions
• Preparing various reports
• Liaising with 3rd parties (including brokers, financial institutions, vendors, and purchases)
• Drafting client correspondence
• Attending client intake meetings

THE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
• A Paralegal Certificate/Diploma is an asset
• Proficiency with BC Online and LTSA
• Proficiency in E-Conveyance software is an asset

COMPENSATION

• $80,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
• Extended health and dental coverage
• 3 weeks vacation
