Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations. guide commercial lines account managers and account assistants to meet performance goals
• Analyze and improve processes across claims, customer service, and markets
• Set and track KPIs to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance
• Handle complex escalations and ensure service continuity during peak demand
• Coach team members and foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture

Qualifications

• Must have valid broker license in Alberta
• At least 5 years of operations leadership experience at a brokerage
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting key business metrics
• Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and reporting tools
• Adaptable, proactive leader with strong communication and coaching skills
