Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations. guide commercial lines account managers and account assistants to meet performance goals
- Analyze and improve processes across claims, customer service, and markets
- Set and track KPIs to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Handle complex escalations and ensure service continuity during peak demand
- Coach team members and foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture
Qualifications
- Must have valid broker license in Alberta
- At least 5 years of operations leadership experience at a brokerage
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of meeting key business metrics
- Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and reporting tools
- Adaptable, proactive leader with strong communication and coaching skills
