ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a local boutique insurance brokerage, passionate about providing innovative and customized insurance solutions to businesses in the community. They are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team and service existing book of business.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This Commercial Account Manager will service existing book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies alongside Account Executives.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Respond to customer requests, either directly or through Account Executive, and submit information to appropriate insurance companies.
• Participate in account reviews and provide value-added services to clients.
• Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partners.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 1 general insurance license
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance at a brokerage
• You have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations especially in construction or realty field

COMPENSATION

• Base salary + performance bonus, total compensation between $65,000 - $85,000 depending on years of relevant experience
