Commercial Account Manager

Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their team and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. This is an opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating closely with producers, clients, and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a mixed portfolio of commercial accounts
• Work with a variety of commercial risks, including Farm Insurance
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing
• Review risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Collaborate with producers, brokers, underwriters, and carriers
• Act as a key contact for clients and resolve service issues
• Assist with claims and maintain accurate account records
• Identify and support new business opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of Commercial Insurance experience or underwriting experience
• RIBO license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Strong understanding of commercial risks
• Farm insurance experience is an asset
• Applied EPIC experience is an asset
• Strong organization, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

Compensation & Benefits

• $48,537-$75,000 salary, based on experience
