A leading national claims management provider is seeking an experienced Casualty Claims Adjuster to join their growing team in British Columbia. This is a flexible role with the option to work remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid arrangement. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of casualty and liability claims, working closely with clients to provide fair and timely resolutions while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, collect, and analyze claims-related information
  • Accurately record, report, and present claim file details
  • Review policies and resolve claims in accordance with regulatory and licensing standards
  • Prepare detailed reports and manage claims expenses effectively
  • Support client relationships through professional communication and service delivery
  • Ensure accurate billing and timely submission of time/expense records
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve service excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling casualty or liability claims (bodily injury experience is an asset)
  • Independent Adjuster License required (BC or ability to obtain)
  • CIP designation (or actively working toward it) preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of casualty claims and road adjusting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and claims management systems
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
