ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

ABOUT THE POSITION

• In this role, you'll report directly to the People and Culture Director and collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team of 5. You'll be instrumental in providing support across various departments within the firm, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in your tasks. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and is eager to contribute wherever needed. If you enjoy keeping busy, don't mind being on the move, and have a passion for learning and assisting others, you could be the perfect fit for this position.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily office operations and fulfill administrative needs

• Assist visiting executives during their two-week monthly stays

• Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions

• Execute various office tasks including organizing files, creating reports and presentations, preparing for meetings, and managing supplies

• Conflict checks and corporate searches

• Coordinate travel logistics such as flight bookings, car rentals, and hotel accommodations

• Maintain professional communication standards via phone, email, and mail

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail across all tasks and responsibilities

THE REQUIREMENTS

·Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office at an intermediate level

·Min. 1-year experience in a professional office environment

·Excellent customer service skills and client-facing demeanor

·Energetic and mobile - able to lift and run errands

·Reliable transportation and availability to work in-office Monday through Friday on a 9-5 schedule

COMPENSATION

·Starting salary: $45,000-$50,000 per annum, depending on experience

·2 weeks of vacation to start

·Additional 1 week vacation during Holidays
