In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing the service experience for valued clientele.

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of insurance accounts, providing tailored solutions that meet and exceed clients' unique needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships and driving account growth through exemplary service and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a diverse portfolio of insurance accounts, exceeding client expectations with strategic decision-making.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts, adhering to established standards and practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ insurance objectives, offering critical analysis for optimal solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and recommend appropriate adjustments to clients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers, adeptly resolving complex service issues.
  • Address claims and billing discrepancies, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to account retention and growth through new business development and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Lead client meetings, providing insightful advice and fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Generate reports for management, offering insights into account performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance account management, preferably in commercial lines.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid licensure in relevant insurance lines and provinces, with current Continuing Education (CE) credits.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
