POSITION: Maintenance/Groundskeeper
West Perth Village (Ritz Lutheran Villa)
Full-time
POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance position is responsible for performing established maintenance procedures, emergency repairs, grounds/garden maintenance, and scheduled preventative maintenance assignments, consistent with West Perth Village (Ritz Lutheran Villa)’s Mission, Vision and Values.
REPORTS TO: Director, Building Services
DATE REQUIRED: As soon as possible
SALARY: $25.47 - $28.30 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Abilities:
- Ability to repair all types of equipment
- Horticulture experience considered an asset
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Good physical condition with the ability to regularly use tools, equipment, lift, push and pull
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
