Description
It is anticipated that a 1.0 FTE Temporary Office Assistant position will be available September 29, 2025 until October 31, 2025 or until the return of the regular employee at St. Patrick's School, Kinkora, Ontario. This position works 7.0 hours per day, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate of pay is $26.22 plus 4% vacation pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as a receptionist; greets and assists students and on-site guests
- Records student attendance and follows up on absentees; records staff absences
- Maintains office records
- Provides secretarial and administrative services for the Principal and staff
- Maintains an adequate inventory of office and general supplies
- Must hold a minimum of a one (1) year diploma in Office Administration or a related field
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multi-task, demonstrate accuracy, and maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work as part of a team

- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace, Navision, Microsoft Office Products, internet, and email
