Description
We invite applications for the position of a 1.0 FTE Temporary Full-Time ICT Clerk commencing immediately until February 20, 2026 or until the return of the regular employee. This position works thirty-seven and one half (37.5) hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am - 4:30pm at the Catholic Education Centre in Dublin, Ontario. The hourly rate of pay is $26.22 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides communication with employees and stakeholders regarding ICT inquiries and support
- Provides clerical support to the ICT department
- Retrieves data and prepares reports as directed by the Manager of ICT
- Maintains accurate files and data entry
- Creates and maintains procedural and operational documentation
- Assists with RTF/RFP process as required
- A minimum of a two (2) year Community College Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience is required, preferably with an information technology focus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,);
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, GDrive, Gmail)
- Experience using Navision (portal) and Edsembli applications an asset;
- Effective management of multiple deadlines and the ability to successfully complete assigned tasks;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work well independently and as an effective team member;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to maintain tact, discretion and strict confidentiality.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
