Job Description:
The Saskatchewan Associate of Health Organizations Inc. (SAHO) requires a full-time Specialist in the Classification and Job Evaluation department. This position reports to the Director, Classification and Job Evaluation.
The Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing and evaluating position data necessary for applying the Classification and Job Evaluation plans. The Specialist is also responsible for providing professional, technical and functional guidance to unions and employers in the application, implementation and maintenance of job evaluation methodologies and programs.
Education
• A degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management with two years’ experience, including one year in the field of job evaluation.
Competencies
• Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan.
• Exemplary written skills to articulate clear and concise concepts.
• The ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders through respectful and professional interactions with Unions and Employer representatives.
Skills
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to working in a team-based environment.
Travel Required: may be required
