Job Description: The System Flow Specialist assists in developing, implementing, and leading change in system flow improvement initiatives that are in alignment with SHA strategic priorities to connect the care for the people of Saskatchewan, working collaboratively with physicians as leaders, delivering safe and high quality health care, and to improve system wide coordination and alignment of services. The Specialist demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Specialist will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.

Experience
- Leadership experience in a health care setting
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives
- 3-5 years' experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in project management
- or Bachelor's degree in a health related discipline
- or Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
